Excellent condition all stainless packing line available nowSorry, this item has been sold. We have a complete, all stainless steel, packing line available now from the UK. Currently located in a factory in North East Lincolnshire, the line is now out of production and is available for viewing on request.
The all stainless steel line consists of:
- In-Feed Flighted Elevator with hopper and intralox belt.
- Wright Electro-Magnetic Vibratory Feeder.
- 2001 Ishida M-Type 14 head Multihead Weigher with touch screen control panel.
- 1991 Sandiacre TG325 VFFS bagging machine on polythene film (various forming sets available).
- Markem Smartdate 2 thermal heat transfer printer attached to Sandiacre.
- Off-Take elevator with PVC belt.
- 1997 Loma 6000 check weigher.
- Stainless Steel gantry with full hand rail, staircase and sinks attached.
The line is in full working order and was recently used for packing frozen fish.
The line would be ideally suited to weigh and pack salad, veg, meat, dry, wet and sticky products including confectionary products, animal feed, pet foods, cereals etc.
The line could also be offered with relocation, servicing, installation, training and commissioning where required.
We also offer maintenance contracts and support for both the Ishida Weigher and Sandiacre VFFS. |
