IQF Vegetable Freezer for peppers, beans, peas, carrots etc.

The tunnel we have for sale is constructed in 1995

Has a capacity of 8 000 kg of peas per hour (   nh3 -40 °C )

The tunnel is 16 meters long , 5 meters width and 6 meters high

The tunnel consist of 8 evaporators ( coils )   ,

The defrosting system consists of two freezing doors , one at the air entrance  of the evaporator ( coil ) and one at the air  exit of the evaporator

During freezing pocess the two doors slide  before  the evaporator so no cold air can pass through , then the hot gas opens ( automatically )  and all the melting snow /water  flows through a drain system  to the outside of  the tunnel  . after 10 min the hotgas valve closes ( automatically)  and the cold valve opens , after 3 min the door slides to the next evaporator .

Outside the tunnel there is  dryer who sucks the water of the product , there after  we have an infeedshaker

Inside the  tunnel there  are two transport systems

1.       The shaker is 1500  width  and 6000 mm long 

2.       A stainless steel belt   1500 width and 10 000 mm long

The tunnel  has 8 fans

3 fans of 37 kw under the  schaker  

5 fans under de belt   ( 3 times 22 kw and 2 times 18 kw )

All fans are  equiped  with a VlT  ( speedcontrol )    brand mitsubitshi

The varariable speed  units are all been renewed two years ago
