Suitability

Due to the nature of this stainless steel construction, this machine will fill and seal most products including dry and sticky food and non-food items. This machine would be ideal for packing target weights from around 50g to 1Kg although these may vary depending on your product type. The MA-055 will form 75mm to 240mm flat bag sizes with lenghts from 50mm to 300mm.

What it does

This machine has been designed to package a product into bags or pouches that are formed and sealed from a roll of thin laminate film using heating elements and a cutting knife. This process works by setting your required bag length and size and dropping a specified amount of product into the half formed bag. The top of the bag is then sealed and the bag is released below.
